Miriam Noel
As a successful photographer and business owner in Sao Paulo, Brazil Miriam developed not only her film, but also her entrepreneurial acumen. Miriam's adventurous spirit and love of the mountains moved her to relocate to the United States in 2009, and although she didn't speak any English upon arrival, her intelligence and perseverance empowered her to pursue her goals and eventually build a business as a real estate advisor in the Park City area.
Miriam started her career as an apprentice to the principal broker of a prominent real estate office specializing in luxury real estate in the Park City market. There she learned the technical aspects of real estate transactions. Miriam became a licensed real estate advisor to employ what she learned, facilitating all aspects of the transaction process, to provide top-level support for her clients. Miriam has worked with a range of clients from first-time homebuyers looking to start a new chapter in life to investors looking to build upon their real estate portfolio.
On multiple occasions Miriam represented buyers completely virtually, coordinating walkthroughs over FaceTime and supporting the clients during due diligence. She realizes the trust placed upon her and sees herself as an advocate for her clients to match them with the right property to achieve their goals. In all her engagements, Miriam listens deeply to ensure she understands and shares her client's vision of what they're looking for in a property. Miriam also has years of experience working on a sales team for new developments as Black Rock Ridge community and Blackstone Residences. Miriam's clients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, patient, professional, and funny. In addition to the positive reviews she receives from her clients, Miriam is well respected among realtors in the community.
Miriam currently lives in Midway with her adoring husband, three children, and two dogs. Although she's always accessible to her clients, when she isn't building her business, she can be found hiking or trail running in the mountains, playing fetch with her two dogs, and continuing to pursue her love of adventure.
